2 WEEK WEBSITE REDESIGN

One of my first projects at DigiSure was to improve the brand identity and unify brand design with product design.

As the company grew and its vision evolved, I noticed that the website no longer reflected the current direction of the company. I observed fragmented teams developing their unique style preferences, utilizing various mediums and occasionally conflicting design approaches.

Identifying common design patterns became a time-consuming task, as each asset was crafted from the ground up. This constant reinvention of fundamental UI elements began to impact the design process. Duplicated and outdated components in product builds resulted in outdated content and designs during investor and sales presentations.

With shifts in product offerings and company objectives, a rapid redesign became essential to improve market appeal and enhance credibility with potential clients and investors. Collaborating closely with the executive team in just two weeks, I heightened the visual and tactile aspects to unify UI elements from our products to marketing and sales collateral. Additionally, I introduced a "how it works" section to assist newcomers in understanding the product's features and advantages.

SALES & MARKETING ASSETS

Supporting sales and marketing efforts

Observing outdated content and formats in our presentations, I sought to transition to a collaborative medium. I explored Pitch, a presentation software, to establish a consistent style guide and a shared library of presentations for our team ensuring easy access to content (as opposed to being scattered on personal G-Drives).

Furthermore, I modernized icons, typography, and colors to align with our refined aesthetics, thereby enhancing our visual communication in marketing and sales materials.

REFLECTION

The two-week website redesign aimed to boost sales, improve the communication of our company's offerings, and bolster overall brand credibility. Strategically, I integrated elements from our previous brand assets where appropriate to ensure efficiency. This approach resulted in a fresh look that seamlessly aligned with our objectives, facilitating a cohesive transition and successful goal achievement within the designated timeframe.

Although a comprehensive rebrand was desirable, I acknowledged the need to defer it until we had the necessary resources and time to thoroughly understand our customers, product positioning, and overall company goals.
